Abstract:   This session explores multiple facets of Big Data extending to both acquisition and analysis of incredible amounts of data. We will review data growth from the from the human-cyber-physical ternary universe.
With future data from a different universe we will dive into the deluge planned for the Square Kilometre Array in South Africa and Australia and see how it forces new approaches for dealing with the data. Thirdly we will get an overview of how advanced analytics algorithms can operate at extreme speed on Big Data in both HPC and business environments.
