Dr. Rossen Apostolov

Rossen Apostolov is a researcher at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden and technical director of the EU funded project ScalaLife. He holds a PhD in Computational Chemistry from Osaka University, Japan. His research interests are on method development and code optimization of software for molecular dynamics simulations, in particular modeling of bio-molecular systems; enabling applications to efficiently exploit HPC systems; porting codes to accelerator architectures such as GPUs and FPGAs.
