Client Technical Architect for High Performance Computing, IBM

Michael Hennecke is a Client Technical Architect for High Performance Computing in IBM Germany. He has over 20 years of experience in HPC, and currently focuses on architecting, sizing and performance tuning of large-scale HPC systems including Blue Gene and HPC storage solutions. Michael has worked with IBM's General Parallel File System (GPFS) and associated storage hardware since 1995, and most recently he was a member of the development team which implemented GPFS Native RAID in the GPFS Storage Server (GSS).
